Biblical Counselors provide a valuable service to those in need, however, it is primarily a ministry. Any fees are intended to support the ministry as well as reimburse the counselor for his time in preparation and counseling.
Our rates
The rates below are based on your gross annual income. The rate for couples is based on combined gross annual income.

Payment
Our online scheduling tool requires you to enter your credit card details to reserve your appointment. However, you will not be charged until after the counseling session has been completed.
If your session was scheduled over the phone or in person, you will be emailed an invoice to the email address on file. You may also pay by cash or check at the end of your counseling session.
Cancellation policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you do not provide at least 24-hours notice of cancellation you will be required to pay the full cost for the session.
Discounted rates
It is our desire to make counseling as affordable as possible while also ensuring we can continue to operate. If you are unable to pay for counseling, we respectfully ask that you approach your local church for financial assistance.

If you do not currently belong to a church, your counselor may provide up to 3 sessions free of charge at his discretion upon request. However, you should be prepared to provide proof that your annual income is below the $35,000 threshold.
