How Much Does Biblical Counseling Cost?

Biblical Counselors provide a valuable ministry to those in need. Any fees are intended to support the ministry as well as reimburse the counselor for his time in preparation and counseling.

Payment

Due to limited appointment opportunities and to prevent unnecessary cancellations, we require a $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve an appointment. The remaining balance will not be charged until after the appointment has been completed.

All payment information is stored on a secure third party provider that meets the highest security standards. None of your financial data will be stored on our personal servers and we will never have access to your credit card numbers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your appointment will result in the loss of your initial $25 non-refundable deposit. Please do not make an appointment until you verify all parties are able to attend the session.

Discounted rates

It is our desire to make counseling as affordable as possible while also ensuring we can continue to operate. If you are unable to pay for counseling, we respectfully ask that you approach your local church for financial assistance.

If you do not currently belong to a church, your counselor may provide up to 3 sessions at a discounted rate at their discretion upon request. However, you should be prepared to provide proof of your annual income.
